Typical detail for a footing foundation supporting a parallel wide flange (HEB/HEA or UC or I) steel column with a reinforced concrete pier column.
Typical wide flange steel column section ( HEB/HEA or UC or I ) welded on steel baseplate with full penetration butt weld with plate stiffeners. Anchor bolts detail and spacing, anchorage requirements, grouting, baseplate dimensioning, footing reinforcement, column pier reinforcement, stiffeners sizing, sub leveling concrete, water barrier layer.
