Shanghai Jian & Mei Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. JM can manufacture all kinds of fasteners of various head types with the specifications from M6- M56，1/4-2”in diameter, 20-1500 (1”-60”) in length, from Class 4.8 to 12.9 and from A429 Grade 2-8. We are also capable of providing various surface surface treatment processes, including white zinc plating, blue zinc plating, yellow zinc plating, black zinc plating, blackening phosphorating, nickel plating, hot dip galvanization, DacroMat, Magni and so on. We can process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. According to the drawings or samples provided by customers, we will develop the optimal and cost-effective design and processing combination with cold heading, hot heading, stamping and turning so as to reduce customer’s procurement costs.
The production management of our company strictly complies with ISO9001:2008 system. All our products are subjected to strict test and inspection in each process by the workers periodically, starting from the raw materials delivered to the factory. They also receive various tests and inspections at the JM quality center before shipment. We have a variety of advanced quality testing equipment, such as tensile testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, salt spray tester and go-no go gauges etc. Each batch of exported products are identified with a unique batch number in the Finished product testing report and steel mill raw material quality inspection report.
The products passing the final inspection can be transferred for packaging. We will choose the most suitable packaging materials according to the product shape before shipment.
