First see my other video about huawei e5573s unlock and downgrade which is somehow related to it , how to Downgrade firmware on E5573s and E8372h ..
—————————————————————————-
Procedure of Unlocking is simple and for all of these given below huawei model and have been tested successfully …
Huawei E8372h-153
Huawei E8372h-608
Huawei E5573s-320
Huawei E5573s-606
Huawei E3372h
Huawei B310s-927
step1:- you downgrade firmware to version# 21.xxx.99.xx.xx
step2:- you use my new Huawei Unlock calculator from here https://youtu.be/q1QpgUpbSzM
step3:- you upgrade firmware to anyone that is suitable to your modem .. and thats it , now can use any non carrier sim in your modem device
but if you are unable to follow the above mentioned 3 steps then it means you are either stuck on upgraded firmware or in anyway your modem device unable to Unlock easily thats why you use Emergency Bootloader method or injection method , thats why i made these videos . and also injection method can also be used if you stuck with modem device not responding or you think is near to death ..

Note:-
Do not use my old calculator, it hangs and freezes, I’ve just uploaded a new calculator, and he immediately unlock with a single release button,no need to calculate 8-digit unlock code Nck Network. https://youtu.be/q1QpgUpbSzM
——————————————-
in this video i used original huawei usbloader thats why important info like imei# and serial# and webui dashboard , all are wiped out, but later we got successs by restoring back all of these imei# and serial# and dashboard webui , you can see all of these in the video ..
so my suggestion is to use usblsafe instead of usbloader.bin ,
——————————————————————————
you should watch below video on how to insert webui , zong webui for e8372h is already uploaded to firmware folder .

How to restore serial#
let suppose your modem device serial number is J5HBYA93C3042173 , so convert this in to hexadecimal value which is 4a 35 48 42 59 41 39 33 43 33 30 34 32 31 37 33.
J5HBYA93C3042173
4a 35 48 42 59 41 39 33 43 33 30 34 32 31 37 33
e.g:- hex value of J is equal to 4A .
AT^DATALOCK=”unlock code”
AT^NVWR=6,20,4A 35 48 42 59 41 39 33 43 33 30 34 32 31 37 33 FF FF FF FF

The Black Phantom is complete minus a broken steering servo that is on order. Here is a general list of parts ultimately used :
stub wheel axles = hpi a557
wheels = hpi 100623
wheels adapters = tamiya 53913 (2005 frog rear wheel adapters)
tires = schumacher T692 rear buggy tires (block tread, blue compound)
tire inserts = jconcepts 3206-1
dogbones = duratrax 9662
barrel axle nuts = crp 1565
esc = tamiya teu103bk
radio = futaba 2dr (stick, 2 channel am radio)
steering ball links = hangar 3617
steering rod = sullivan 495 (4-40 stainless threaded rod)
servo saver = kimbrough 114 (futaba spline)
motor pinion gear = RC4WD Z-G0016 (32 pitch, 12 tooth, steel w/ dual stainless set screws)
adapter bushing for pinion – nwsl 10162-9 (3.2mm to 2.4mm adapter)

M5 size flat washers (used for axle spacers and barrel nuts)
M5 size split lock washers (used for barrel nuts)
M2 size nylon insert locknuts (used to secure steering on ball links)
M2 flat washers (used on ball links)
M2 hex cap screws (used to secure ball links)
5mm hss flute reamer (used to modify frog wheel adapters and wheels)
gearbox outdrives = from a parts nikko dictator
5×11 ball bearings = boca green seal in the gearboxes, chinese abec 5 (ebay) in the axle carriers (no difference in my
opinion).
rear bumper = from a parts nikko megatron
antenna tube = duratrax 2415
gear lube = tamiya ceramic grease (small tubes) obtained from ebay (no
part number)
steering servo on order = futaba s9402 (used ebay). I’m not going with an s3305 due to slower speed. I have a hobby people A50M that I will try if the s9402 doesn’t work out. I’ll just have to see what works the best. I’ll post an update as soon as I can.
If I missed any parts or if you have comments or questions, please feel free to leave them.
As of 3/5/2012 – The futaba S9402 servo worked out fine, however, one of the steering rods was bent slightly during an unfortunate crash on the test run. I installed rear oil damper shocks (85mm) and had a matching set for the front but the front ones (65mm) ended up being too short so for the front I will probably try 70mm. I don’t know if 70mm will be long enough for the front though. I’ll have to see what happens when they come in. I will post a review of the steering mods and shocks as well as a run video when I get another steering rod cut and the front shocks arrive and hopefully they will work out.
Thank you for watching.
