Over the past weeks it has come to our attention that the plastic screw covers supplied with the Stainless Steel (SS) License Plate Frame (that you so graciously purchased from us) have an inherent quality issue.
Beside the fact that they won’t hold up as well as the SS frame, we’re learned that many of the plastic screw covers (not all) have been delivered with some of the ‘faux’ chrome coating scratched off.
We took a hard look into the situation, found the ‘root cause’ and decided the best course of action is to replace them all with a new SS model of screw cover.
We want to give you the option of receiving these new Stainless Steel Screw Covers. If you would like, we will send you a set of new SS screw covers (one set for each frame purchased).
