This is an example of hip fracture surgery, where cannulated screws can be used to fix the femoral neck fracture (also commonly known as hip pinning). This is a minimally invasive way of fixing this surgical problem.
In this video you can see I had to break out the BFH (big freakin Hammer). The BFH and a chisel got most of the nut/bolt assemblys apart. There was one or two bolts that I took a angle grinder to, to get the bolts off also. In here I find out the pedal assembly is trash. The chain is salvageable though. Up coming is a list of replacement parts needed and cleaning. The rear axle is in horrible shape and will take a video all by it’s self. There’s more to come.
